Co-Founder and Instructor at Empower CPR. Janes brings over 30 years of experience in critical care nursing and cardiac education. She is certified by the American Heart Association to teach BLS and Heartsaver courses. Her passion is empowering others with confidence and life-saving skills.

Samantha Gillespie BSN, RN

Co-Founder and Instructor at Empower CPR. Sam is a dedicated critical care nurse with over 3 years of experience. Sam is known for her calmness under pressure and strong clinical skills. She has a passion for safety and education. She is committed to helping others take action in life-threatening emergencies. Sam believes that with the right training, anyone can become first responder who makes a difference before help arrives.

Bridget Diaz ADN, RN

Co-founder and Instructor at Empower CPR. Bridget brings 3 years of experience in critical care nursing. She specializes in managing complex, high-acuity patients and brings her passion for emergency readiness and education into every setting. She is dedicated to equipping individuals, families, and professionals with the life-saving skills and confidence to act in critical moments before EMS arrives. Her mission is simple: empower others to not be a bystander.
